Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. plain flour
2 c. sugar
4 whole eggs
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
2 c. sugar
3 c. grated carrots
2 tsp. soda
2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Sift flour, soda and salt together.
In large bowl with electric mixer, beat sugar and oil for 2 minutes, add eggs one at a time, mixing well.
Add flour mixture and beat well.
Add grated carrots and vanilla.
Pour into three 9-inch cake pans.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
