Praline And Orange Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    dash of salt
    1 tsp. finely shredded orange peel
    1/3 c. orange juice
    1/2 c. miniature marshmallows
    2 Tbsp. margarine or butter
    1/2 c. broken pecans
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    In a 1 1/2-quart saucepan stir together sugars, flour and salt.
    Stir in 2/3 cup water, orange peel and orange juice.
    Cook and stir over medium heat until thickened and bubbly.
    Add marshmallows and margarine and stir until melted.
    Remove from heat and add pecans and vanilla.
    Serve warm over ice cream. Chill leftover sauce to reheat later over a low heat.
    Makes 2 cups.
