Apple Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stick butter
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. orange juice
6 Winesap apples, peeled and grated
4 unbaked pie shells (2 will be used for lattice top crust)
Preparation

Melt
butter
and mix with sugar.
Combine orange juice and apples,
pouring into two pie shells.
Lattice top of pies with remaining
pie shells.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes or until crust is brown.
Turn oven to 300\u00b0 for another 20 to 30 minutes. Yield:
2 pies.
