Broccoli Enchilada - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head broccoli
    1 (8 oz.) can enchilada sauce
    Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Cut broccoli into 1 to 1 1/2-inch pieces.
    Place in saucepan with sauce.
    Cover and let simmer for 8 to 10 minutes.
    Melt cheese on tortilla and put 3 to 4 tablespoons broccoli in middle.
    Top with your favorite enchilada ingredients (sour cream, salsa, olives, etc.).
