Chicken And Rice Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 whole chicken
1 bunch celery stalks
1 small onion
1 1/2 c. Minute rice
salt and pepper to taste
1 Tbsp. butter
1 chicken bouillon cube
Preparation

Cook chicken in water until done.
Pick off the bone and cut into small pieces.
Return meat to broth that chicken was cooked in.
May need to add more water.
Chop the celery and onion until fine.
Add to meat and broth.
Also add bouillon cube and butter. Let simmer 15 minutes, then add rice.
Turn off and cover for 5 minutes.
Can simmer longer, if needed.
