Chocolate Mayonnaise Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. flour
1 1/4 c. sugar
5 Tbsp. cocoa
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 c. strong coffee
1 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Mix ingredients in order given.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes in a 9 x 13-inch greased and floured pan.
Cool and ice with mocha or buttercream icing.
