Marinated Fresh Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. mushrooms
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. black pepper
    3 Tbsp. cider vinegar
    1/2 c. olive oil
Preparation
    Wash, dry and slice mushrooms.
    Add remaining ingredients and mix until all mushrooms are coated with spices.
    Let stand at room temperature for 2 hours.
    Refrigerate.
    Serve as party snack.
