Ingredients

1/4 c. red wine vinegar
1/2 tsp. Dijon mustard
1 small garlic clove
1 Tbsp. minced fresh parsley leaves or 2 tsp. dried parsley flakes
1/4 c. vegetable oil
Preparation

Combine all the ingredients in a food processor or blender. Process until smooth. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
