Layered Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium tomatoes, peeled and sliced
    2 onions, sliced
    3 carrots, sliced
    3 medium zucchini, sliced
    5 yellow squash, sliced
    salt and pepper
    butter
Preparation
    In
    a
    large
    glass
    casserole dish start with carrots, layer vegetables,
    making 2 layers of onion with salt, pepper and butter
    between each layer of vegetables.
    End with tomatoes on top.
    Do not add any liquid.
    Cook in 350\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
