Creamy Mashed Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 potatoes, cubed and cooked until done
    1/2 c. milk
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 c. sour cream (regular or low-fat)
    1 tsp. parsley flakes
    1/2 tsp. garlic, crushed
    1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
Preparation
    Cube potatoes and cook until done. Place in the large electric mixer bowl and mash. Add all other ingredients, except cheese, and blend until smooth on medium-high speed. Spoon mixture into a lightly greased 12 x 8-inch casserole dish. Cover and bake in a 325\u00b0 oven for 30 to 40 minutes. Remove from oven. Uncover and sprinkle with cheese. Bake another 5 to 10 minutes or until cheese is melted. Serve. Makes 8 to 10 servings.
