Wedding Mints - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    2 lb. powdered sugar
    1 to 2 drops peppermint flavoring
Preparation
    Soften the cream cheese.
    Mix in the powdered sugar. This will become very stiff, use your hands. Add the flavoring.
    Colors may be added, but be cautious; pastels are best, so add only 1 drop at a time!
    These may be rolled into \"logs\" and sliced, but are much prettier if molded in tiny candy molds and refrigerated.
