Easy German Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Irish potato
    2 carrots
    1 lb. smokies sausage
    1 can celery soup
    1/2 fresh cabbage
    1 onion
    1 can mushroom soup
Preparation
    Chop vegetables into chunks.
    Arrange in crock-pot in order listed.
    Add a little water, if necessary.
    Cook on high for 3 or 4 hours or all day on low (until potatoes are done).
    This smells sooo good while cooking and serves 4 generously.
    Serve with salad and bread.
