Out Of This World Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. yeast
1 1/4 c. warm water
3 eggs, well beaten
1/2 c. shortening
1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. salt
4 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
Preparation

Soften yeast in 1/4 cup warm water.
Combine eggs, shortening, sugar, yeast mixture, remaining warm water, salt and 2 1/2 cups flour.
Beat until smooth.
Add remaining flour to make soft dough.
Refrigerate overnight.
Shape rolls three hours before baking.
Let rise.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes.
Yields 4 dozen rolls.
