Poached Sausage With Hot Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. Polish sausage
    1 1/4 c. water
    2 chicken bouillon cubes
    2 lb. new potatoes
    5 green onions, sliced and divided (about 1 c.)
    1/4 c. minced parsley
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/3 c. oil
    3 Tbsp. cider vinegar
Preparation
    Cook potatoes in jackets until fork-tender.
    Score sausage 1/4-inch deep every 2 inches.
    In large skillet, bring to boil the water, bouillon cubes, 1/2 cup onions and sausage.
    Reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
