Lobster Bisque - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 tsp. chopped onions
    1 sprig parsley
    1 1/2 c. finely chopped lobster meats
    2 c. chicken broth
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 Tbsp. tomato paste
    2 c. thin cream
    salt and cayenne
Preparation
    Saute onion and parsley in butter until onion is golden.
    Add lobster meat.
    Cook and stir 5 minutes.
    Stir in flour and tomato paste.
    Add chicken broth.
    Simmer 20 minutes.
    Remove the parsley.
    Add the cream.
    Season to taste with salt and cayenne. Heat, but do not boil.
    Serves 6.
