Pork Chow Mein - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 heads cabbage
    2 onions
    1 stalk celery
    2 pkg. chop suey mix or bean sprouts
    2 to 3 pork steaks
    1 c. water
    1 can mushrooms
Preparation
    Chop cabbage, onions and celery.
    Put into large pot.
    Wash and drain chop suey mix.
    Add to other pot.
    Add 1 cup water. Cook over low heat about 40 minutes or until celery is cooked. Drain.
    Cut pork steaks into 1 or 2-inch pieces.
    Flour, then brown in a large skillet.
    When meat is almost done, add a can of mushrooms and finish cooking.
    Add meat to other ingredients; mix well.
    Pour over crispy or soft noodles.
    Serves 6 to 8.
