Clam And Corn Chowder - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 small onion, chopped
    2 (6 1/2 oz. each) cans chopped or minced clams
    1 (8 oz.) bottle clam juice
    1 (17 oz.) can cream-style corn
    1 c. milk
    few drops Tabasco sauce
    fresh parsley, chopped
    bacon bits
Preparation
    Melt butter in 4-quart saucepan.
    Add onion; cook until soft. Stir in chopped or minced clams, clam juice, creamed corn, milk and Tabasco.
    Heat, stirring occasionally, until hot.
    Do not boil.
    Garnish with fresh parsley or bacon bits.
