Sunshine Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

yellow cake mix with pudding in the mix
1 c. coconut
2 oz. ground almonds
20 oz. can crushed pineapple
1/8 c. sugar
1 small pkg. instant vanilla pudding
1 small container Cool Whip
Preparation

Bake cake.
While cake is baking, mix pineapple and sugar together.
Poke holes in hot cake (generously) and pour pineapple mixture over cake.
Refrigerate until cool.
Make pudding and add coconut to pudding.
Pour over cooled cake.
Mix almonds with Cool Whip and spread on cake.
Keep cake refrigerated!
