Hot Corn Dish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can creamed corn
1 c. Bisquick mix
1 egg, beaten
2 Tbsp. melted butter
1 1/2 c. milk
1/2 lb. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded with or without peppers
Preparation

Mix together corn, Bisquick mix, egg, butter and milk.
Pour half of batter into greased pan (8 x 8-inch).
Cover with shredded cheese.
Pour remaining batter on top.
Bake 20 minutes at 400\u00b0.
