Red Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1/2 lb. beef, cubed
1 c. beef bouillon or broth
1 small can sliced mushrooms
2 Tbsp. tomato paste
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
salt to taste
pepper to taste
1 c. sour cream
2 Tbsp. flour
1 pkg. noodles
1 small onion, chopped
Preparation

Melt butter in large skillet; brown the beef in the butter. Add sliced mushrooms and onions.
Cook until onions are tender. Add salt, pepper and garlic powder.
Add broth and tomato paste. Stir.
