Sugar-Free Pumpkin Pie For My Sister - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. unflavored gelatin
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. ginger
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 eggs
    1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk
    1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
    8 pkg. Equal or Sweet 'N Low
Preparation
    Mix gelatin and spices and salt into a medium saucepan.
    Beat eggs and milk together and pour into pan with dry ingredients. Let stand 1 minute.
    Stir over low heat until dissolved, about 10 minutes or so.
    Remove from heat; stir in pumpkin and Equal.
    Pour mixture into a baked pie shell.
    Chill until firm.
