Mexican Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. plain corn meal
    1 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. soda
    1 medium can cream-style corn
    1 onion, chopped
    1 red mango
    3 jalapeno peppers, chopped
    3 eggs
    1/2 stick butter, melted
    8 oz. Cheddar cheese, shredded
    1 c. sour cream or buttermilk
Preparation
    Heat iron skillet.
    Add 1/4 cup of oil.
    Mix all ingredients except cheese.
    Pour half of mixture in heated skillet; cover with grated cheese.
    Pour rest of mixture on top and bake at 475\u00b0 for 40 minutes or
    until well browned.
    This is a big recipe so it's better to use two 8 or 10-inch skillets.
