Porcupine Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. rice
1 small can Hunt's Italian tomato sauce
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Brown the ground beef; season with salt and pepper.
Drain grease.
Pour rice in meat; roll into balls.
Place balls in casserole dish.
Pour tomato sauce over meatballs.
Add a little water in the bottom of the dish.
Place in 350\u00b0 oven for 30 to 45 minutes, or until done.
