Porcupine Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground meat
    1 c. cooked rice
    1/4 c. chopped onions
    1/2 c. bread crumbs or cracker crumbs
    1 egg, well beaten
    1 can tomato sauce
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Mix meat, rice, onions, crumbs and egg together.
    Form meat balls, place in baking dish.
    Salt and pepper as desired.
    Cover with tomato sauce.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until done. (Time will depend on size of meat balls.)
