Shrimp Butter - Party Spread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. cooked shrimp, chopped
    8 oz. cream cheese, softened
    1/4 c. softened butter or oleo
    2 Tbsp. minced scallions
    4 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/4 tsp. dried dill weed
    1/4 tsp. Tabasco sauce
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix and blend well all ingredients.
    Spoon into a decorative crock.
    Cover and refrigerate jar for 24 hours.
    Spread on thin sliced party rye or pumpernickel.
    Will make 3 dozen open faced sandwiches.
