Mexican Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 c. chopped jalapeno peppers
    5 eggs
    1/4 c. milk
Preparation
    Mix all and pour into unbaked pie shell.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for approximately 30 minutes or until center is firm.
    Slice in thin pieces as a snack.
    So good!
