Oven Stew(Venison Or Beef) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. meat (any roast trimmed of fat and muscle tendon)
    2 pkg. Good Seasons garlic salad mix
    1 1/2 c. white vinegar
    1/2 c. water
    1/4 c. dry onions
    1/2 c. cooking oil
Preparation
    Marinate deer
    fillets in Dale's steak sauce for 1 or 2 hours. Wrap
    a
    piece
    of bacon around each fillet.
    Salt and pepper to taste and cook on grill until done.
