Guacamole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 ripe avocados (rough skinned; at room temperature)
1 ripe medium size tomato, diced at room temperature
1 medium size onion, diced (at room temperature)
fresh lemon juice from 1/2 lemon
salt
pepper
tortilla chips (for dipping)
Preparation

Peel avocados and discard pit.
Mash avocados with fork in a bowl.
Add diced tomato and onion.
Squeeze most of the juice from the lemon half.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Mix all ingredients thoroughly.
Spoon into serving bowl.
Get tortilla chips and share immediately; or, grab a spoon, sneak away and indulge right out of the bowl!
