Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. California Blend vegetables
    1 lb. Velveeta
    1 can water chestnuts (optional)
    1 sleeve Ritz crackers, crumbled
    1 stick butter
Preparation
    Cook vegetables as directed on package. Drain excess water. Melt cheese with vegetables. Add water chestnuts. Put in 9 x 13 pan. Melt butter with crumbled crackers. Sprinkle on top. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
