Korean Cabbage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. chopped beef
    1 1/2 lb. cabbage
    1 chopped onion
    1 clove garlic, minced
    red pepper
    1 Tbsp. toasted sesame seed
    1/3 c. soy sauce
    1/4 c. sugar
Preparation
    Brown meat, onion and garlic in oil.
    If there is much excess water, pour off.
    Mix sauce, sugar, toasted seed and red pepper. Pour over meat mixture and simmer one minute.
    Quarter cabbage (or cut in smaller pieces); remove hard center.
    Spread over meat and cook, covered tightly, until firm-tender.
    Stir once.
    If desired, throw in some cherry tomatoes a minute before serving.
