Ritz Cracker Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 or 4 lb. chicken
    1 c. American cheese, diced
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. salt (scant)
    2 eggs, beaten
    4 c. crushed Ritz crackers (3 pkg.)
    2 c. broth
    1 c. finely diced celery
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    sage to taste
    1 medium onion, diced fine
Preparation
    Cook and pick chicken off bones.
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Keep out 1 cup cracker mixture to put on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
