No-Knead Dinner Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. warm water
    4 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. or packet dry yeast
    1 egg, beaten
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Pour the water into a mixing bowl.
    Add the sugar and yeast; dissolve.
    Beat in the egg and vegetable oil.
    Add the flour and salt.
    With a large spoon, beat this spongy dough until it is elastic and smooth.
    Cover it with a damp towel or plastic wrap and let rise in a warm place for 1 hour.
