Custard Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 1/3 c. cornmeal
    1/3 c. all-purpose flour
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking powder
    2 eggs
    2 c. milk, divided
    1 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Place butter in a 9-inch skillet and heat in the oven.
    Place dry ingredients into a large bowl.
    Add eggs, one cup of milk and buttermilk and mix.
    Pour into hot skillet.
    Very slowly, pour last cup of milk over the top of the batter.
    Do not stir.
    Bake for 50 to 55 minutes.
