Cranberry Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1/4 c. shortening
3/4 c. orange juice and grated orange rind
1 well beaten egg
1 c. diced cranberries
1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Sift together dry ingredients.
Cut in shortening.
Add orange juice and rind.
Add egg.
Fold in diced cranberries and nuts.
Bake in a greased loaf pan at 350 degrees for 60 minutes or until golden.
