Egg-A-Roni Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 hard-cooked eggs
6 Tbsp. or 1/2 c. salad dressing
1/2 c. chopped sweet pickles
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1/4 c. chopped pimento
1 c. cooked elbow macaroni
4 medium size tomatoes
1 c. diced Swiss cheese
Preparation
-
Peel eggs and chop.
Mix remaining ingredients, except tomatoes.
Scoop centers out of tomatoes and fill with egg mixture.
Cool.
Serves 4.
