Peanut Butter Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. lo-cal Italian dressing
    1 chicken breast
    3/4 c. snipped green onions
    1/4 c. parsley
    1/2 tsp. ginger
    2 Tbsp. peanut butter
    1 Tbsp. sherry
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    dash of cayenne pepper
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    3 carrots, thinly sliced
    1/2 green pepper, chopped
    8 oz. angel hair pasta
Preparation
    Make Italian dressing according to package directions. Marinate chicken in 1/4 cup dressing.
    Cook pasta, rinse, drain and set aside.
    Broil chicken just until done and set aside.
