Holly Taters - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    3/4 c. flour
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. fried chicken seasoning
    6 large potatoes, cut into wedges
    1 stick margarine
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients in a plastic bag; shake to coat potatoes. Place in baking pan, skin side down.
    Drizzle melted margarine over potatoes and bake at 400\u00b0 for 1 hour.
