Chop Suey Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 1 1/2 lb. cubed browned pork
    1 onion, chopped
    1 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. regular rice
    1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
    1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
    1 soup can water
    4 oz. sliced mushrooms (if you use canned, include the juice)
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1/2 to 1 c. chow mein noodles
Preparation
    Mix together the pork, onion, celery, rice, mushroom and chicken soups, water, mushrooms and soy sauce (adding a bit more water if you use fresh instead of canned mushrooms with their juice).
    Pour into a greased casserole dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour, covering the first 20 minutes.
    Sprinkle 1/2 to 1 cup chow mein noodles over top for the last 20 minutes.
