Roast And Gravy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    eye of round beef roast (approximately 8 to 10 lb.)
    1 pkg. beefy onion soup mix
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
Preparation
    Mix soup mix and soup.
    Spread mixture on beef.
    Place in aluminum foil and seal (tented).
    May use baking bag or roaster with lid instead.
    Bake at 250\u00b0 for 6 to 8 hours.
