Crunchy Coleslaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. shredded cabbage
    1/2 c. shredded carrots
    1/4 c. raisins
    1/4 c. mayo or salad dressing
    1/2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. white vinegar
    1/2 c. shelled sunflower seeds
    4 slices cooked, crumbled bacon
Preparation
    In a large bowl, combine cabbage, carrots and raisins.
    Toss gently.
    In small bowl, combine mayo, sugar and vinegar.
    Blend well.
    Pour dressing over cabbage. Toss to combine.
    Cover and refrigerate.
    Just before serving, stir in sunflower seeds and bacon.
    Serves 4.
