Holiday Pineapple Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    2 Tbsp. green pepper
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1/4 to 1/2 c. drained crushed pineapple
    2 Tbsp. seasoned salt
    2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Soften cream cheese.
    Add green pepper, onion, pineapple, seasoned salt and 1 cup pecans.
    Mix well.
    Shape into ball and roll in remaining pecans.
    Chill for several hours.
    Serve with crackers or fresh vegetables.
