Creamy Potato Soup - cooking recipe

8 c. peeled and cubed potatoes
2 c. sliced celery
2 c. coarsely chopped onion
4 c. water
2 tsp. salt
2 c. milk (may use skim milk)
2 c. whipping cream or a 13 oz. can evaporated milk
4 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1 Tbsp. dried parsley flakes
1 tsp. caraway seed
1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Combine potatoes, celery, onion, water and salt. Simmer for 20 minutes or until potatoes are done.
