Teriyaki Baked Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. soy sauce
    1/2 c. dark brown sugar
    2 cloves garlic, crushed
    1/2 tsp. ginger
    1/4 lb. butter, melted
    1 small green bell pepper, cut in 1/4-inch round slices
    1 medium onion, sliced and separated into rings
    1 (No. 2) can pineapple chunks and juice
    4 chicken breasts, cut in half
    8 chicken thighs
    8 chicken drumsticks
Preparation
    Combine soy sauce, sugar, garlic and ginger in a large bowl. Stir until sugar dissolves.
    Marinate chicken for 4 hours or longer.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
    Brush each piece with butter and place in shallow pan.
    Bake for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Turn over and add pineapple, onion and green pepper.
    Return to oven.
    Baste after 15 minutes.
    Continue baking another 20 minutes.
