Barbecue Deer Meat - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. chopped onion
    3/4 c. chopped celery
    3 Tbsp. butter
    6 Tbsp. sugar
    3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    3/4 c. lemon juice
    3 c. ketchup
    3 tsp. dry mustard
    2 tsp. liquid smoke
    3 lb. venison
    1 can beer
    3 garlic buds
    2 small onions, sliced
    3 bay leaves
Preparation
    Soak venison in 1 can of beer, garlic buds, onion and bay leaves.
    Soak 3 hours or more before cooking.
    Then cut up meat. Mix sauce ingredients and pour sauce over and cook in crock-pot until tender.
