Ingredients

1 c. flour
4 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 c. quick-cooking oats
1 egg, beaten
2 c. milk
2 Tbsp. oil
Preparation

Sift flour, baking powder and salt into bowl.
Add oats.
Stir in mixture of egg and milk.
Blend in oil.
Bake on lightly greased griddle until lightly browned on both sides.
Makes 6 servings.
