Snacking Granola Bars - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 1/2 c. oatmeal
1 c. raisins
1 c. chopped nuts
2/3 c. melted margarine
1/2 c. brown sugar, packed
1/3 c. honey or molasses
1 egg, beaten
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Toast oats in a 9 x 13-inch pan in a 350\u00b0 oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
Place toasted oats in a large bowl and add remaining ingredients.
Mix well.
Press firmly into a well-greased 11 x 16-inch pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
Cool and cut into squares.
