Swiss Steak With Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. garlic
    1/4 tsp. paprika
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    3 lb. round steak, cut into serving pieces
    3 Tbsp. oil
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can chicken broth
    1/2 can water
    2 c. sliced fresh mushrooms or 2 cans mushroom pieces
Preparation
    Combine flour and seasonings.
    Dredge steak in seasoned flour. Brown steak thoroughly in hot oil; remove from pan.
    In Dutch oven, combine soup, broth and water.
    Bring to boil.
    Add steak; pour mushrooms over meat.
    Cover tightly.
    Bake for 2 hours at 350\u00b0.
