Vegetable Clam Chowder(Low-Fat) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans clams
    2 bay leaves
    1 Tbsp. oregano
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    4 c. low-fat chicken broth
    2 medium carrots, sliced
    2 medium potatoes, diced
    1 c. cut green beans
    1 Tbsp. parsley
    1 Tbsp. tarragon
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
Preparation
    In a large saucepan, cook all ingredients except clams, about 20 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Add clam juice and cook 5 minutes more.
    Remove from heat and add clams.
    Has only about 3 grams fat.
