Ground Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1/2 c. onion, chopped
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, undrained
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. sour cream
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. paprika
    cooked noodles
Preparation
    In a large skillet melt margarine.
    Add meat, onion and garlic. Cook until meat changes color and begins to brown slightly.
    Stir in flour.
    Then add soup, mushrooms, salt, pepper and paprika. Simmer 10 minutes.
    Stir in sour cream.
    Heat to serving temperature.
    Serve over hot cooked noodles.
