Old-Fashioned Apple Crunch(Diabetic) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. oats
    1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 c. liquid margarine
    3 c. chopped apples
    1 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 Tbsp. orange juice
    2 packets artificial sweetener
Preparation
    Mix the oats, 1/2 cup flour, cinnamon and margarine until crumbly in texture.
    Place 1/2 of mixture in the bottom of the baking pan.
    Combine the apples, 1 tablespoon of flour, cinnamon, juice and sweetener.
    Spread over the oat mixture.
    Cover with the remainder of the oat mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
